Naked Lady is not a sex story, but is an ingenious tale of dark magic and a millionaire’s strange scheme for vengeance on his wife, an actress, who’s left him. Based on a short story by Mindret Lord, and set in New York city in the mid-1930’s, you will be taken on a journey of love, hate and fine art in the nude.
This is the 6th Edmonton International Fringe Festival for Saint Maggie Productions, and this year we are bringing you a tale of money, magic, and murder.
“Madam Marion Van Orton had arisen early Friday morning, packed her dressing-case, double checked she’d put her steamer tickets in her purse, and took one last look in the mirror before descending the staircase. What she hadn’t expected was discovering her husband, Jeremiah Van Orton, waiting for her.” – Mr. Gorham
